No FBA pick up DONE, No Assistance Provided

I am a small business owner I had arranged a FBA PICKUP for 17th MARCH 2025! Its been 15 days since I have had 100 callls to report miss pickup but I was just been forwarded with FAKE ASSURANCES and NO HELP OR ASSISTANCE till today mu FBA pickup is not done!

The heaights that still they expect me to wait and bear losses as if its none of their concern that they cant areange a SINGLE PICKUP!

Extremely disappointed and frustrated!

Still waiting for my pick up and assistance as that is all I can do!

It could be probably you have not booked ATS [Amazon Transport Services] for pick up.

If you have booked it using ATS, please cancel the current booking and rebook the FBA Pick up.

To better understand the situation, can you please let me know if you've already booked the ATS for pickup? Also, do you have any open cases with Seller Support that I can check?
