Seller fulfilled offers deactivated

Hello,

I am the manager of a French grocery shop and have been selling on Amazon since 2019. I have always used seller fulfilled offers and my customers have always been satisfied. They are happy to receive French products at a reasonable price faster. I think that's Amazon's strength, making quality products available to everyone.

But now, my seller fulfilled offers have been deactivated.

I received this message :

"Hello, Your seller-fulfilled offers have been deactivated and your listings have been removed in accordance with the Drop Shipping policy. A reserve equal to your gross sales amount for the preceding 14 days will apply while your account is under review. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account. Why did this happen? We have taken this measure because we have found that you have repeatedly violated the Amazon Drop Shipping policy. Drop shipping or allowing a third party to fulfill orders to customers on your behalf, is not acceptable unless it is clear to the buyer that you are the seller of record. When a customer sees packaging and invoices or receipts identifying a seller that is not you nor Amazon, they may be confused about how their order is being fulfilled and who they should contact with any problems or questions. I understand that Amazon says I do drop shipping, so I'll quickly explain my business:

I select French products that are not distributed in the USA. I contact suppliers to get supplies. I stock the products in the warehouse and prepare the parcels on site. Then I pass the parcels on to our shipping partner.

This model works very well, I've had thousands of orders and I've continued to develop the business in Canada and also in Europe. I hired my wife to help me because we were getting more and more orders.

I don't understand why Amazon is suspending our offers when we prepare everything on site in our warehouse. We take great care to comply with the rules and conditions.

I have tried to appeal this decision several times by sending supplier invoices, proof of thousands of parcels shipped and photos of our warehouses but my requests are always refused. FBA Offers are still active, we have no problems on other markets.

I've also tried to open help requests or call support on the phone but they say they don't have access to the information and can't help further.

I don't know what else to do. Thank you for reading.

If there is any indication that the package did not come from you, our team will be obligated to take additional action. For your fulfillment, did you ensure that each order was clearly marked as from you? You mention a shipping partner, did they make any adjustments that could have caused confusion?

Our team will have indicators that a violation occurred and needs to be explained. Please be aware that depending on the circumstances of the situation, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to resolve this.
