I have this case 16976824711 open for a few months. According to this case, Amazon was doing the investigation on the missing units. Could you please inform me the result of the investigation? I haven't heard back and it has been a few months. Thank you so much.

I've heard back as follows:

Despite the cancelation of the original shipment, the carton (201952610269378717) intended for this shipment was actually delivered to FBA FC LGB8 under reference ID: EXEG7N8STR0001, confirmed by locating scans of this carton at LGB8 and identifying the receipt of the missing quantity under the inbound PO.

Thus:

  • The unit was shipped and received at FBA FC LGB8 on January 28, 2025, under reference ID: EXEG7N8STR0001.
  • These units were added to your sellable stock on the same day.
  • This can be verified through your ledger report

To adhere to guidelines I won't post screenshots of the ledger directly here, but if you search by those parameters you will find the transaction for qty 48 on that date.
