MODS PLEASE HELP @Ricardo_Amazon@LeviDylan_Amazon
Two of my best selling ASINs have been hacked by a brand called "SGarnish", and now it is completely messing up the parent ASIN and the connected variations because the brand name has become different on some variations.
I had the same exact issue with another ASIN about a year ago, and the only way to get help last time was a Forums Escalation. There is no other avenue to get help.
This is the old case ID: 15165902201 where I had the same exact issue that was eventually fixed. But I had to go through absolute hell to get this fixed.
The "Report abuse" tool is broken (it sends me an automated response when I try to report this within 1 second stating no abuse was found, I tried 10 times already), and amazon support is infuriatingly useless and clueless regarding this issue.
Please help us Amazon support does nothing they just give a generic response stating they are powerless to do anything. Completely useless, I don't even know why seller support exists at this point what a joke.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME??? @Jim_Amazon @Sandy_Amazon
I guess I am not getting any help with my issue, I suppose I should just accept that my products that I've been selling have been hacked and I should just give them up to the hacker.

Amazon seller support is a nightmare to go through. I just had to fight to get 3 of my ASIN's reinstated after a month, because of an issue that was Amazon's error. My suggestion, although horrifically frustrating, is persistence. Call over and over, try to appeal to them, I calmly explained to every agent I got the issue and how exasperated I am. I was put on hold and hung up on A LOT! Eventually you get lucky and get one agent who actually cares and will put effort into getting the problem solved for you, although it's really rare. Keep calling and refer to your old cases. It is not great that seller's have to go through all this just to get simple help!

I have taken note of the report abuse situation and provided this feedback to the appropriate teams for further review as to why you were receiving immediate notices that they were resolved. I have additional passed this situation to the appropriate teams for additional review. With this type of situation, these review teams may not directly follow up with me, so I will continue to monitor their progress and the thread so I can follow up as I receive information.

Please post when/IF you get control of your listings back - Curious how long it takes this platform to resolve a single hacking event
I am expecting a day when the Chinese hack the entire database and destroy this platform for 3P's and leave their fellow countrypersons listings alone. How long will it take this platform to return listings to rightful 'owners' - if ever
My first thought was "How is your ten year old allowed to sell on Amazon"? Then, oh; nevermind.
Today I received very disturbing news.
Seller support confirmed that our listings were hacked, but they are refusing to fix it because they are not "authorized". Whatever that means.
So they basically confirmed that my listings have bee hacked and altered by a Chinese seller, and all my variations are screwed up because of it.
They are outright refusing to help and will not restore the brand.
I worked so hard over more than 10 years to build these listings, and now it has all be taken away by a hacker.
This is beyond disgusting.
If any mods with any heart can help me please do.
