I just received a negative feedback from a customer regarding order #702-8583189-2722634, which I refunded that order promptly, but that isn't the issue she has with leaving me negative feedback.

The negative feedback from this customer is based on her saying, that after I refunded her original order (because she says she didn't receive it), she says that she ordered a another one from me, and she still hasn't received it, which is why she left the negative feedback. BUT THIS CUSTOMER NEVER DID ORDER ANOTHER ONE FROM ME!!!!!!

If she ordered a second item and is still waiting for it, she didn't order it from me. I tried to get the feedback removed but Amazon says that it doesn't go against their guidelines, but does lying about an order go against Amazon's guidelines?????

***PLEASE LOOK AT ALL MY ORDERS SINCE THIS CUSTOMERS ORDER AND YOU WILL SEE THAT SHE NEVER DID ORDER ANOTHER ITEM FROM ME***

Oh and I have gone through all the channels online, Amazon can plainly see that this customer never made a second order from me, but still won't remove the negative feedback
