First time user, new shop, item unavailable even though in stock
i have just created a new store in Amazon for the first time and unfortunately after listing an item and adding to the inventory, i still see it as unavailable in the listing page and it says they dont know when it will be in stock, even though i have them in stock already.
What am I doing wrong?

What do you see in your "Manage Inventory"? Available, Reserved, Inbound?

Per your Account Overview:
Your account has been deactivated due to inactivity. In order to reactivate your account, we need to re-verify your identity. You will need the following documents to complete the re-verification.
Information about your business, if applicable
1 government issued photo ID
1 bank account statement or credit card statement
Business license, if applicable.
Provide them the requested information in this link. Once they are able to re-verify your account, your listings will go live.
