By default, Amazon sets your ship-from to your legal company name. At best this is awkward.... 123 MyCompany LLC dba MyBrand.
The work around is to setup a ship-from location. MyBrand, 123 SomeStreet, Somewhere, State, 12345.
I've done that. Still some random percentage of my orders ship from 123 MyCompanyLLC dba MyBrand. Some ship from MyBrand.
I don't see any rhyme or reason to this other than something ignores the settings. It generates double the number of SCAN forms for the post office which is annoying. It's a messy presentation on the label as well. The customer has no idea what the legal name of the company is, they only know the brand.
