Shipping Return address - can't get no satisfaction

By default, Amazon sets your ship-from to your legal company name. At best this is awkward.... 123 MyCompany LLC dba MyBrand.

The work around is to setup a ship-from location. MyBrand, 123 SomeStreet, Somewhere, State, 12345.

I've done that. Still some random percentage of my orders ship from 123 MyCompanyLLC dba MyBrand. Some ship from MyBrand.

I don't see any rhyme or reason to this other than something ignores the settings. It generates double the number of SCAN forms for the post office which is annoying. It's a messy presentation on the label as well. The customer has no idea what the legal name of the company is, they only know the brand.

Anyone else have this issue and did you solve it?
