support phone number?

is there a seller support phone number? I have been trying for a week to sign up for professional seller account and start selling. however, my account says deactivated. there are no issues and a healthy score so there is an error somewhere. i am trying to get this resolved so I can start selling. how do I get in touch with a support to resolve my deactivated account issue?

It's probably a verification step. Did they ask you to provide a piped utility bill? Check your performance notifications.

As it sounds like you were trying to upgrade to a professional account, the feature of making a phone call may not be available. Typically in these situations we advise creating a case for additional communication. If you have done so, can you provide your related case ID for further review?
