seeing FBA fees per order via API

I am sure that this has to do with the change which Amazon made to deferred payments, but the software, which we use Nexternal, to bring in our order data can no longer see the FBA charges, and selling fees associated with each transaction.

Any advice on how to see this information, in a timely fashion?
