The notification asked seller to submit the 2 above documents via this link: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/mario/sellerwallet/seller-wallet-kyc/regional/node/info-required/render. However, they are stupid enough to not check the link prior sending out, the link is not accessible by seller

Opened cases 16900288131 and 16900194101 to ask why the link is not accessible, but Amazons associates continue to be so responsible and leave the case with no response.

Note:

The seller has been submitted the bank statement multiples times, and amazon did sent several notification request for submission of company charter and proof of address. Always, these notification requested seller to submit these document via some stupid link that are not accessible by seller. In total, 6 notification was sent, required for submissions of the documents via the link provided, but how ironically these 6 submissions links are all can not be accessed by seller. Seller opened 3 cases already to informed AMAZON about their stupid link does not work, however all was left abandon and eventually solved nothing. The issue has been going on nearly 3months. The SPS team at first, amazingly charmingly accused seller of lying for not being able to access the link provided until the seller provided screenshot as proof. Then they transferred the case to some internal team for weeks, and so helpfully, after weeks of waiting, seller finally got the response from internal team saying that they are not responsible for these issue and deny to solves these problems and closed the case. AMAZON is doing such an amazing job of making the same mistake for 6 times without realizing their issue and continues blaming this on seller. Who give a f**king care about these seller, AMAZON link does not work, Seller endure the consequences - stupid sellers. We, as the SPS team from AMAZON, gonna just support you when we are happy, it just 3 months that your problem has not been solved yet. So seller, we just have not solved your issue in just 3 month so far, we "kindly request you to wait for a response", probably we gonna take month to respond, and surely well will deny to solve this issue simply by saying this is not our responsible to handle or we gonna blame this fault on you - stupid seller.
