Automated Handling Time - Turned off but Amazon continues to change handling time

Hello,

We are having a major issue with the automated handling time. We set our handling times for very specific reasons to our business. Amazon decided to auto enroll us in this program, and of course it does not work for us.

This morning, I immediately turned off auto handling time, but the damage was done and most of our asins were changed.

We proceeded to a bulk upload to change handling time back. (extremely time consuming as there are many different handling times for different ASINS) The handling time changed, but one by one they are reverting back to Amazon's desired handling times. In fact, this has been happening even before we were forced into this automatic handling time program. For over a month now, new listings which are created with specific handling times are being changed to shorter periods than we provided. It appears that even outside of Auto Handling time, Amazon has restricted our ability to set appropriate handling time.

While I understand Amazon's desire to get faster shipping of products to customers, we know what we are doing with our own business when we set handling times.

We have opened cases with seller support and they have not been able to assist.

We are respectfully asking for assistance from moderators to send this case to the appropriate team to figure our what is going wrong here and provide a solution.

If anyone else has encountered this and found a solution, we would greatly appreciate your input.

Case ID: ID 14862663221

Thank you.

We have the same thing happening to us. No one is helping. We have two cases open. It's absolutely terrible. We are handmade business and we don't have the ability to make and ship every single day.

Hi @Seller_8igZWXPJahz1z, I see that the case closed while you were gathering screenshots. If you have these images, you can reopen the case. If it has exceeded the time in which you can do so, open a new case with the screenshots included and let me know that case ID.

Thank you in advance!

we also have 5-day handling time and all changed to automatic 1-day between March 1 and March 4th without our authorization. We have been selling under 5-day handling time for all ASIN's for over one year now, so , just wondering why Amazon changed EVERYBODY'S handling time this Month and activated it , knowing thousands of sellers would have Late Shipment Rate affected. Sellers do have specific handling times due to own operational needs, even if buyers do not like longer dates, it is irrelevant to Amazon to make this 1-Day handling as mandatory overnight. Not a good practice: looks like Amazon is intentionally trying to harm seller's accounts and this is unthinkable.

We sell and ship live plants that require pre-treatment before packaging so handling timer of 24 hours is an absolute impossibility for us!
