Recently I've been tasked to start selling our products on Amazon but upon doing so, it has come to my attention that a lot of our products already have an ASIN created and are being sold by other brands using OUR brand name in their brand title. This makes it so I am unable to list that ASIN. I have reported numerous violations but am getting those denied and no one from Amazon is providing me any assistance. Does anyone have any resources or advice that they would be willing to share? Our company wants to list 200+ products, so you would think that Amazon would find value in helping me out.
Is your brand enrolled in brand registry?
If your items are already listed on Amazon, you should be able to still add to that listing.
You cannot add that product again on Amazon once it is already uploaded to the marketplace unless you change the UPC.
Hello @Seller_4r2nheRBReYva,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to look into this for you. I will need some more info to start investigating.
My first thought is the same as @Seller_eyq5Q5mIyV5gu, is the brand enrolled in Brand Registry? This is important so I know which resources I can direct you to.
Let's start with any information I can get myself. Have you opened a case with Seller Support that mentions your brand name and any ASINs that are using it?
I will take a look and then be able to provide some next steps for you to take.
Best, Dougal
