Customer placed an order and then cancelled their order within the 30 minute window. Since it was within the 30 minute cancellation window it was automatically cancelled. We never even processed this order. The buyer then left this negative feedback: This order has been cancelled. I used the wrong card. Please credit my card. I don't want it in Amazon account.
Amazon will not remove this negative feedback.
Can I please get some help with this problem? Thank you.
