The review in question is not legitimate, as it pertains to a purchase that was never made. I believe this review may have been submitted by a competitor seeking to harm my business. It is important to note that my product is exclusively sold on Amazon, and this review does not reflect an actual customer experience.

All those tags to the forum mods will not be seen as they are not highlighted in blue. You need to start typing the name and then select from dropdown to be highlighted.

If it is a product review they do not need to have purchased the product from Amazon to leave a review. The review will stand but just wont be marked as a verified purchase.
