Dear Amazon Community,
Is there any way to contact Amazon support over a phone call if someone is on an individual selling plan and not on a professional plan? I'm a new Amazon seller, and my Amazon account is deactivated, and support wants me to verify my residential address and is asking for utility bills. I provided the utility bill, and every time I send a bill, I receive a response that I need to update my Seller Central address as the information in the documents does not match the details in the Seller Central.
When I try to update the address from the account, it says "Your account is restricted due to deactivation," and the only thing I can do is appeal my suspension. When I appeal the suspension, it says I need to update my Amazon account address. I am stuck in this loop for the last few weeks and have no option to contact Amazon support from my account. It seems like I'm sending documents to robots, and every time I submit, I get an instant denial from the same templated response, instructing me to update my Seller Central address. How can I update when my account is restricted?
Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I look forward to your prompt response and help.
