So I tried to resolve with Amazon customer care but let me say it need massive improvement!!1 Anyways, I have Amazon seller account but have not listed any item yet. Somehow I received an email from Amazon, complaint about my listing! I was surprised so then I tried to deny it but there is NO option for it. My only options were either to acknowledge it OR acknowledge with documents. There was no other option where I could send my concern that I didn't even list this product so what complaint are you talking about??? Now, I am so tried of it that I was like ok I will acknowledge it and move on to work on my business. Now I have a list of violation to accept it otherwise it won't even let me submit that I acknowledge. I am not sure if I am making sense but at this forum looks like there are a lot of people facing similar issues. How can I resolve?
