Dear Amazon seller Support team,

My current seller central account has been deactivated due being linked to a family member. Even thou they had nothing to do with my business. Our businesses were completely separate and I have tried providing amazon with signed affidavits, bank details, business formation details, invoices/receipts proof of residence and what not. However, after trying for a month i have given up hope that my account will be reinstated but i do not want to end my e commerce journey as i love this platform and am very passionate about selling on amazon. Is it legal for me to purchase an amazon business cause i see a lot of them being sold online . If i buy will that business be linked up to this and end up being deactivated too ? Please give me some hope.

How can I update my business country from Portugal to the United States, please?

I have verified the new US address, but it's only showing up as a residential option, not as a business information option.

For context: I currently live in Portugal and created an account with my personal address, but I now own a US-based LLC and want to use it for my Amazon business. I have updated my tax interview accordingly, but I still can't update my Legal Entity country.

Because I changed from Professional account to Business account, my account was deactivated and they put me in violation Section 3 of the "Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement", I did not know that business accounts cannot sell, because of that every time I send an appeal to reactivate my account, they refuse to do it, I called Amazon Business today and they told me that, Business Account is to purchase only, now I want to have it as it was before... Please help me...I was selling well with my professional account with no issues, and I am authorized and approved to sell my product: Case ID 14964664611 I don't know how this works, as soon as my account return normal, I'll contact Amazon to help me how sellers can have business accounts and sell...
