Restricted Products Policy Violation
Hello, three ASINs in my store suddenly say that they are judged to be live plant or seed products and do not belong to the SEEDS_AND_PLANTS or PLANT_SEED category. Let me update the product_type attribute to SEEDS_AND_PLANTS or PLANT_SEED value. But my product is not a live plant or seed product at all, as you can see on my detail page, none of them are so-called plant or seed descriptions. case ID is 15529447121. Could you please help me to see how to fix it? Thanks! @Stevie_Amazon

Mods, there is a badly dialed in Bot that just got released. Someone didn't think to screen out terms like "floral" and it's getting any thing that might have a floral design or flower name or some such in the title, like Belts, and Shoes, etc.

We too are suffering from these bots going crazy thinking everything is a plant....we don't sell any plants or seeds...where is this 'smart' AI we keep hearing about that's supposed to take over the world?

I have been using the appeal process, at the end of the process you are asked to upload a picture of your product. I have attached a picture of my product and a picture of a plant, with a caption to appropriately capture my enthusiasm for receiving 100+ notifications in 15 minutes. (currently sitting at 141 notifications/cases in last hour)

Yup, I got hit too. 17 of my ASINs to be judged as live plant and seed. They are boat covers. How hard can it tell? And I don't know how many more of my ASINs will be hit.

Seems like a lot of people have run into it as well. Mine is a grill accessory and my product has nothing to do with plant seeds at all. Suddenly got a lot of emails like this and now two more asin are having problems. Guess it's a network failure on Amazon's end? It's outrageous, and it's also showing that it has to be fixed by June 30, 2024, or it will be removed if it's not fixed. But how to fix it? The product being removed will affect our normal sales. But seller support hasn't replied on what to do to fix this.

4 hrs later, we are currently at 235 Violations and counting. this is absolutely absurd. Everyone one of these when the appeal button is hit is another case in the case log.... the time this is going to take to answer AMazons blunder is just obscene.
