Pickup is not happening by Easy Ship. Then the order gets cancelled.

We filled the Easy Ship miss pickup form some 8-9 times but still no response from Amazon.

I called them many times, they said the only solution is to fill the Easy Ship miss pickup form, and someone will contact. But no body follows up.

How do I solve this problem? Any help appreciated.
