my account is not deactivated but currently my payment credit card is invalidated. I would like to know how much Amazon is trying to charge me prior to my activating with a new valid card. I do not know how much they want but do not want thousands taken from my bank/debit card if that is what they try to charge. How do I find out how much is owed? How do I actually contact someone to see how much is owed? I've tried multiple pathways but the only option Amazon will give me is to input new credit card information.

Hello @Seller_XZQqyVGUW58EL,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account.
As you noted there is an outstanding balance that needs to be repaid, but the card has been invalidated. Due to the invalidated card, you have currently have limited access to your account. You will need to email our teams at merchant-balance@amazon.com. Please ensure you do so from the email address associated with your account. Explain the situation in your email. These teams may offer repayment plans not mentioned in our available repayment options help page.
You may also need to update your card information to regain full access to your store, create a case requesting or providing a repayment plan. Post your case here so I can transfer it to the appropriate teams to submit the request.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
