Started to use "Amazon buy shipping" January 2024 to avoid account health performance being affected.
Unfortunately in the last few months Amazon shipping has delivered several of the packages late and it is affecting the account health, to which took my account off prime, I believed by using their shipping methods my account was protected, as advertised on the video "How to ship your first order with Amazon buy shipping services" posted on the Amazon seller university. I spoke to 2 representatives about the issue, one left me on hold for 1 hour and 29 minutes. I requested another call and the representative advised me to just e-mail amazon , to which I did, and they responded very quickly letting me know they couldn't assist me any further, and closed my case.
You need to provide more information. Why was your account effected? Were there A-Z claims? Did you appeal?

I checked your cases and I see that in several they have tried to reach you by phone or chat and it has been unsuccesful.
In which case did they mention that they are not able to help you ?, so I can follow up. Also I see that in one of the cases they explained that these metrics are refreshed weekly.
