I received this email the other day. I don't sell CBD products so I don't understand how this error happened.
The listing doesn't make any mention of CBD nor do my images make any mention of CBD products.
As stated in the email I did close the listing.
How does an error like this occur?
What is the best way to go about appealing this? Thank you.
1. Amazon could have made a mistake
2. You used terms somewhere in the product data that pertain to CBD
3. Someone sabotaged your listing - Keyword Sabotage

From your earlier narration, we understand that you are encountering issues regarding to restricted products.
Amazon requires that all selling accounts held by sellers comply with the applicable selling policies. CBD or cannabinoid are prohibited from listing or sale on Amazon.com. It is your obligation to make sure the products you offer comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Amazon's policies.
Please refer to Drugs and drug paraphernalia, Restricted products, Listing restrictions and Restricted Products FAQ for more information and submit appeal through "submit appeal" button on your account health dashboard.

Understand that you believed this listing violation was an error.
If you believe the product(s) listed above are permitted for sale on Amazon, please include evidence or documentation demonstrating that your account has not violated our restricted products policy and submit the dispute from the appeal button, which is likely present on your account health page. There is no given requirement on what kind of document you should submit, as long as they can support your listing was not in violation.
For example, if your product is consumable you may attempt to send an ingredients list.
Should you require further assistance after receiving a reply from the appeal review team, please also note you can speak to an account health specialist by clicking on yellow button “call me now” in your account health page.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can further assist you from this point forward.
