I sent a shipment into FBA, and I'm being told it "doesn't mee one or more requirements".
Rather than fight with the poor support I get through the Amazon's "Manage Support Cases", I'm fine with my items simply being returned.
I have an open case, but Support is not being clear when I requested a simple return of my goods.
Can I please get a Forum Moderator to look at my case, and simply let me know the disposition of the goods I sent in?
