I was trying to do brand registry and have been rejected for business verification issues. It is saying I also have been apart of abusive misconduct and I am unsure what is going on. My case is 17425625731. I do have an issues with the fact that i amended my LLC name a week after I made it and the IRS still has my old name. But the state has my new name and I am working on updating that with the IRS but I am unsure that is the issue. I have never used this account and am wondering if I scrapped the whole account and started over if I will get flagged. I just have no idea what to do and my 3000 units are sitting in china and I need to list them and sell them but I have also read that if I list as a general listing that when i go to register with a similar listing that it'll flag so I am unsure what to do. But waiting isnt an option.
