Late shipping deactivation

I am getting a notification that my account is at risk for late shipping. I thought that I had up until the day that was listed to ship it out. However I realized this morning that Is not the case. How long until my account is deactived? Also is there a way that I can fix this?

When you say "last day" what are you referring to? Are you referring to the last day on the actual order of the day it says under "unshipped" order status?
