sell two product but return used different one product.....

what can I do for this fake return .... please suggest me

Hi,

I own a private label kids' garments brand and I do not have GTIN for my finished garments.

My products vary in pattern and size, and when I try to list my product, and when I choose the variations options, the option to select "I do not have a product ID" disappears from the first page, and on the variations page, it asks for Product ID as a mandatory field

How can I opt for GTIN exemptions on my products, where I sell them in packs or sets?

Under return policy Customer are replacing the original delivered product with duplicate, damaged & used product which they are already having with them. In one case with case ID : Safe-T 18646-38503-3173060, Customer replaced the 3 original product sent by me with already used product & claim a refund from amazon saying that I received a damaged product.
