AWD loses 1000 units on the way to FBA warehouse - Now the burden is on us, somehow.

AWD lost 1000 units shipping them to FBA, and now we can't get answers. They want us to provide all of this paperwork to validate our products when all they need to do is find our products in their system.

We just had this with two of our shipments. One at MDW2 & the other at IAH3 in the same week.
We have 2,400+ units not being recieved and are getting generic responses without any help from team members.
Crazy that we get charged inbound fees or have to do split shipments or AWD with hours of extra work, and thousands of dollars spent for additional logistics only for our shipments to be lost and get zero help trying to locate it.
