FBM Deactivated, FBA Still active

Saturday evening i received an email saying my fbm has been deactivated. I have submitted nearly a dozen documents and all i get in response is the generic, "we do not have enough information to reinstate" Account health said it is likely due to a surge in sales that flagged my account. Pretty ridiculous a surge in sales would do this especially with the surge in sales being on BLACK FRIDAY.

Anyone know a good way to fix this?

Post the notification you received about the deactivation, personal details removed.

how are your metrics doing? did you go over 1% in ODR? usually this is one of the reasons that you get this notification, what is the notification you received from amazon? post it here removing your personal information from it

Hello @Seller_T6xAidkaKl8m4,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand how frustrating it must be to have your MFN (Merchant Fulfilled Network) deactivated, especially during an important sales period like Black Friday and we appreciate you submitting multiple documents in an attempt to resolve this issue.
