Credit card invalid and account suspended
Amazon charge very high amount of FBA storage and FBA inventory overage is charged and account suspended with negative balance. I updated credit card info to reactivate the account but Amazon cut the balance and showing credit card info is invalid. Account still inactive. How to proceed.

Apparently there are problems with adding a credit card on the Seller side.
Add a new credit card through your BUYER account. Then go back to your seller account and just select that new card as your preferred card to use.

Is it an actual credit card? Amazon doesn’t except Debit / Prepaid.
What were you suspended for? Just this?
