We lost the "buy box" for over half of our products.

Hi Amazon Professionals,

We have been selling on Amazon for years, well aware Amazon policies and doing our best to maintain our account health. We lost listings' Buy Box option for over half of our products (300+) overnight with no reasons.

Contacted seller support many times but none are able to provide solutions. Any experience sellers with this same issue, thank you for your advise!

Late Shipment Rate - 0%

Valid Tracking Rate - 100%
