A buyer left us the following seller feedback:
"The trackpad on this is super wierd. It's like there is a rubber coating on it which cause friction when using. I thought this was supposed to be a smooth glass trackpad. I really like all other specs but am wondering if this is some fake or knockoff because something doesn't feel right. Highly considering returning the laptop which is such a bummer. Was expecting it to be great given the price."
As you can see, this is a product review, which falls into a category of "Entire feedback comment is a product review", eligible for removal. Unfortunately, seller support's bot doesn't think that, replying to us with "We’re unable to remove this feedback because the feedback for order ID - 111-7759398-4813846 doesn't meet our guidelines for suppression".
I wish sellers wouldn't have to jump though the hoops to get such obvious things taken care of.
