Hello, Ive been selling all kinds of products in different products and I for sure have sold some toys and games on my account before, but for some reason when i check my featured offer eligibility on toys and game it says "no" and i dont get any sales on my listing at all. When i check other catergories it says "yes" and i have no problems getting sales at all. Just for some background, all my metrics are in very good standing. ive been selling on amazon for over a year and get consistent sales everyday. Its just toys and games specifically i cant get featured offer for. I tried calling many times but it seems like no one really knows why im not getting featured offer, they just keep telling me the criterias it takes to get featured offer, and i suprass all of it.

Its also important because i purcahsed 300 units of a product because i thought it was selling good just to find out that im randomly un eligible for featured offer. Please let me know what I can do. I've seen people on this thread have similar issues, and seller support is able to manually overide it for them. Would you guys be able to do it for me aswell? I feel like this ineligibility isnt valid for my account.
