Hello I really really need someones help, I am on 12th day of waiting for. a payment of over 300k to get to my bank account and am getting no response from cases or any sign of this money, I apologise for making another thread but we are in a rush for this now as its 10 days overdue

This seems to be regular issue for you. Your previous threads on the topic do not indicate any resolution, nor any thank-you to the mods who did the legwork of escalation for you at that time.
For this particular instance, I noticed the lack of a case number. You may want to open a seller support case to start with, then reply here with the case number information. A case number at a minimum is required for escalation.
Given that you ghosted the mods last time, they may be disinclined to help with the same issue again particularly if there's no case number for them to even casually look at. Help them to help you.
