Hello I m new seller I start delivering order from 7 march 2024 by FBM. My inventory is sold out in 2 days and waited Amazon amazon will release my payment after 14 days and I will buy inventory and will deliver order. But Amazon never released my amount and I did mistake I had no inventory and i did not deactivate inventory. So I was getting orders but I was unable to deliver. So it's been 5 months now Amazon did not release any penny and my order defect right is right now 13.33% and still 2 orders are in a to z claim guarantee. So help me please how can I get my money back from Amazon thanks
This isn't making any sense. If you had no inventory, how could you continue to make sales? were you drop shipping?
Hello @Seller_xCbmn4tPkYMRH
Amazon customers expect prompt order delivery. To meet this expectation, you must have the product in stock and ship it immediately upon receiving the order. The information your friend provided which made you believe that you could wait until you received a disbursement to buy additional inventory was inaccurate. @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 is correct. Amazon retains a reserve from your payments to cover potential refunds, chargebacks, or A-to-z claims for undelivered orders.
