Amazon found SOMETHING they don’t like and it could be something not even related to your NEW account.

Have you EVER had another account?

Have any family members or business associates had other Amazon accounts?

Has ANYONE ever logged into THEIR Amazon account from your home or business?

Have you ever logged into your account from a business location that had an Amazon account of their own?

Have any of the above individuals ever had accounts that have been closed or sanctioned?

Have you ever STARTED to open an account including those ‘Global Accounts’ and you did not finish the account application?

Are you, or HAVE YOU EVER, used one of the deadly Virtual Assistants?

Amazon will match your internet information to every account on the site. They are probably better at it than the CIA and NSA combined for rooting out related accounts that way.

And, this was released a while back with very little fanfare -- AMAZON STATEMENT (FINALLY) – read it carefully ---

And, by the way, given your 'handle' on here. if you are doing OA or RA with Walmart as a source, don't bother responding since you are going to be suspended for that anyway.

I understand you have questions regarding your account and Amazon's Seller Code of Conduct in regards to multiple accounts.

Amazon allows sellers to maintain multiple selling accounts when there is a legitimate business need for more than one account. Such needs include owning a different brand or being recruited for an Amazon program which requires the creation of a new selling account. Even when permitted, sellers must ensure all accounts remain active at all times. If one account is deactivated then all accounts may also be deactivated and remain so until the root of the issue is resolved. All related accounts remaining in good standing at all times is also true for other marketplaces when sellers enroll in global selling.

Other times, there is a reason information is being shared between multiple accounts. When this occurs, Amazon will automatically assume the accounts are owned and operated by the same individual and, thus, the terms of the Code of Conduct come into play here.

I urge you to consider the questions @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp has asked here when trying to understand where the connection was established between you and the other account.

Referring back to your question regarding how to address this situation if you do not recognize the other account, you should provide as much evidence as possible that your account is not linked to the other in any way, shape or form. While there is no specific requirement for this, I do urge you to provide as much proof that you only maintain one account. I also suggest providing a signed, notarized affidavit which speaks to your specific situation and can substantiate the same as the documents you are providing.

Feel free to visit this seller university video for further assistance in addressing this type of policy violation and continue to utilize this thread for further questions or updates relevant to this subject.

All the best,

Stevie
