Hello,
I received the following e-mail regarding my Amazon account, but I cannot find support for my objections or the process regarding the issue. They say I have an account as 520+Cosmetics, but I do not have this account. How should I proceed to reopen my account?
Hello,
Your Amazon.com Seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon's Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been disabled. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. Funds will be withheld for 30 days, but this period may be extended due to circumstances of your account. For more information, please review the Funds Disbursement Eligibility PolicyPlease ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.
Why is this happening?
You have a separate account 520+COSMETICS which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the 520+COSMETICS Selling account to sell on Amazon.com.
How do I reactivate my account?
In order to reactivate this Selling account, 520+COSMETICS please follow the below steps:
1. You must first reactivate the account associated with 520+COSMETICS by submitting an appeal. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account.
2. Once you have successfully reactivated that account, please submit an appeal to reactivate the current account, 520+COSMETICS by using this link. When submitting the appeal, you will need to provide us with the name of the account that was reactivated and the date of reactivation.
What if I don’t own the account – 520+COSMETICS ?
If you believe you do not own the other account, please follow the below steps:
1. If you once owned the account/were a rights owner but no longer own it/no longer have account rights, please submit an appeal following thisand provide supporting documentation to show that you no longer own it/no longer have any relationship to this account. Supporting documentation may include sales deed, purchase agreement, or business transfer agreement, contract termination, etc.
2. If you do not recognize the above account and believe this de-activation was in error, please submit an appeal following this link: and confirm that this account does not belong to you. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated and this account will not be allowed to do business on Amazon in the future.
What happens if I do not send the requested information?
If you do not provide a valid appeal, or choose not to appeal the deactivation, after 90 days following this notification, you may separately request a funds disbursement by contacting disbursement- We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account and if we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our Policies that protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all funds in your account.
Amazon found SOMETHING they don’t like and it could be something not even related to your NEW account.
Have you EVER had another account?
Have any family members or business associates had other Amazon accounts?
Has ANYONE ever logged into THEIR Amazon account from your home or business?
Have you ever logged into your account from a business location that had an Amazon account of their own?
Have any of the above individuals ever had accounts that have been closed or sanctioned?
Have you ever STARTED to open an account including those ‘Global Accounts’ and you did not finish the account application?
Are you, or HAVE YOU EVER, used one of the deadly Virtual Assistants?
Amazon will match your internet information to every account on the site. They are probably better at it than the CIA and NSA combined for rooting out related accounts that way.
And, this was released a while back with very little fanfare -- AMAZON STATEMENT (FINALLY) – read it carefully ---

“take the following into consideration as well:
• Have you ever shared your payment method with anyone who might have an account?
• Have you ever assisted anyone else with their account, whether it be operating the account or setting the account up?
• Have you used any service providers for things such as marketing, logistics, or fulfillment?
• Is there any information on your selling account that you do not recognize as yours?“
You created a first account, it was deactivated.
You created a second account (what itself is NOT allowed) and that one was deactivated too instantly and automatically because related to a deactivated account.
The only way out is to reactivate your first account by fixing it correctly. If you can't do this, you will never again be allowed to sell on Amazon in your life. Even by creating a US LLC or taking the name of your cousin. They system sees ANY relation dating from years ago.
Hello @Seller_XzMYHerZwc3xD,
Thank you for posting on the Seller Forums. I also want to thank @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp and @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC for providing great guidance on this topic, as always.
From the notification you have shared, you have been found to be related to an account with the same name. This suggests that you have opted in for global selling during the registration of your account. This will allow you to create an account in multiple stores through one registration application.
These accounts are linked together and use a single sign-on in Seller Central so that you can log into the accounts with a single email address and password. Since you have one set of login credentials, you may believe you have only one account, but that is not always the case if you registered in more than one region.
Region examples include:
To address this, you will want to hover over your store name in seller central and access the stores in other regions. Once you have located a store that is deactivated, I suggest to visit the performance notifications to learn why the store is deactivated and what is required to reactivate.
Typically, global stores will be deactivated for seller identity verification requests and may require further registration information. Once the affected store(s) have been reinstated you can come back to this store to request reactivation.
I hope you find this information helpful. If you have any further questions please feel free to respond in this thread. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
