Amazon seller support team works in a worst way. As a new seller i faced many issues in amazon selling.
Everytime new person picks up the call.need to explain the same thing again and again .
Fake Buyer placed the orders and he started rejecting those orders making any claim about the product.
Tries contacting amazon seller support in that case but they don't respond within time . They just ask sellers to wait.
How would a seller wait when he is facing too much issues.
1)They didn't respond on the fake buyer claim submitted by me.
2)Fake buyer kept on ordering the products.
3)As a new seller , we kept on cancelling the orders at our end because no response was received from seller support team.
4)It hampered my account health and they deactivated the buy box due to issues.
5)Again fake buyer submitted claim that he received wrong product.
6)I submitted an appeal regarding the same but the seller team doesn't even care to respond.
7)Everytime they send system generated mail and ask to submit more documents.
8)Inspite of submitting all documents and clearly stating the issue.
9)I am not receiving any proper resolution.
10)When i try contacting account health support they say contact seller support team , seller support team says contact account health team
11)Nobody's ready to take the responsibility.
Very pathetic experience as a new seller
