Read onlyHello,
Could a mod look into Order ID: 113-3698712-7353868. Customer returned an item with another sellers outbound label on it. The SN did not match our records. We shipped a replacement order before getting this back, BECAUSE Amazon told us to. I filed a safe-t. I provided a pictures of outbound label and item. I received a response to provide return label and invoice showing correct serial number. I did. It was denied. The safe-t portal does not allow PDF files to be uploaded so I had to send in PNG files for each page of the manufacture invoice (invoice had over 200 serial numbers of the same item), Im not sure if that was the issue, but I had to provide the invoice with the proper serial number on it. I provided exactly what they asked for and it was still denied because I didn't provide what they were looking for If Amazon wants sellers to honor replacement requests, it should consider reimbursing sellers for fraud on these orders.
