Please help with CASE ID: 16563454571

Please help me with my lost shipment too. My shipment(ID:FBA18FGLQD1Q) was delivered via FeDex on Sept 25th and shown checked in on Sept 28th. I thought all the units were received in reserved status. Unfortunately, there were 0 units clearly seen in Manage Inventory menu, 0 available, 0 reserved, just none as i can see, but the whole shipment was closed on Oct 3rd with no warning "needs action". Currently I have been reimbursed for 3 SKUs. @Dominic_Amazon@Bryce_Amazon. I submitted an investigation case(ID: 16563454571) and attach the files needed on Oct 30th, but no replies till now. Please help
