Case 1: We sent the package as per usual, but the item we received in return was completely counterfeit. I attempted to file a claim with the safety team, but their system indicated that the product wasn’t eligible for a claim. The dashboard showed that the product had been delivered, even though it hadn’t been properly updated to reflect the actual situation.
Case 2: When I received the returned package, it was completely empty. I filed a claim for this issue, but it was denied. As a result, the seller has experienced a total loss.

same problem the amazon was not secured for sellers
i think all sellers are facing this issues
Same with me. I received 6 empty packages from single buyer.
I am receiving one wrong returned order per day, and Amazon is not approving this. It is very frustrating.
