We have a charge method which has been working for a long time associated with our seller account.
All of a sudden we have an error message saying our charge method is invalid and we can't get into our account.
Does anyone have a fix for this? This is crazy. Just before Prime Day as well.

Go into your BUYER side and be sure that the card there is not expired.
Having an invalid card there will screw up your seller side as well.
It has to be a credit card a debit card will not work
We are also locked out of our account.
What is going on? Tried another card still rejected.
You can use your personal card which was issued in the US (unless you don't have a company credit card)
I reinstated my account thanks to my personal credit card

It doesn't matter what credit/debit I use, all of which are valid, and support has been no help at all.
This happened to my account as well a few weeks ago. From what I recall you update the information right on the login page, correct me if I am mistaken.
Same happened to me a few days ago. I've had the same card for a year now and never had an issue. They also said it was an incorrect card that I never even use. And then my payment didn't go through because of it, even though I put it back to my business card. Had to do a "Pay me" days later.
why we didn't get help about our payment.we don't do u nd understand Amazon policy.only payment deduct from our account.but we didn't get any payment for our sold items
