Featured Offer Eligibility lost for all book listings - help needed
We have lost Featured Offer Eligibility/Buy Box Eligibility for all of our books. Our sales are down significantly. Customer service was not able to provide any specific information after opening a case.
@Glenn_Amazon - we saw that you recently requested new threads to be created in this situation in response to @Bostonrrrs similar situation, is there anything that you might be able to do?
