An ordinary business backpack that has been sold for one year was removed by Amazon at will and asked to submit compliance documents for children’s school supplies. My product has nothing to do with children’s products. What should I do?

What category/browse node is the backpack in?

Amazon gives you the options to submit the compliance documents or appeal. Choose the appeal option and explain why the item does not require children's compliance documents, but first, make sure it's in the proper category/browse node and the CPSIA Warning is set to NoWarningApplicable. Also make sure nothing on the PDP or keywords mention school, children, etc.

Hi @liuwei168,

Thanks for the post. Looks like @Vernon provided you with some solid advice.

If you choose to appeal, you should be able to go to your compliance dashboard and click appeal to clear it.

Best regards,
