Hello Amazon Seller Support and Fellow Sellers,
We recently received an order from a buyer who, after a thorough investigation, raised multiple red flags suggesting involvement in international fraud. Reports indicate a history of false non-receipt claims and links to a third-party site with numerous scam complaints.
We canceled their first order, but the buyer placed a new one yesterday, raising further concerns. Our report via the 'Report Abuse' pathway was dismissed, stating "no violation or abuse found" because only the ASIN was reviewed, failing to address the buyer's fraudulent history.
As an 8+ year seller, we've never had to report a buyer, but given the strong fraud evidence, we believe this needs urgent attention.
Has anyone faced this?
Mods, how can we escalate this to protect us and our fellow sellers? I can provide all investigation findings if needed.
Thank you for your attention,
Jeff
@Danny_Amazon @KJ_Amazon @Xander_Amazon can you please look into this?
You can keep rejecting them, that's about all. Just today we rejected an abusive textbook company. Our metrics can take the hit.
