Read onlyWe had a CD that was listing in 2009, AMZ suppressed it in 2014. It did not show up in our listed inventory which we double check on a frequent basis. In 2024 it sold. We cancelled the order since we have not had the CD in years. Customer leaves negative feedback since we did not let him know a reason for the cancel. Filled out no inventory for the AMZ form. Could not contact customer after we cancelled the order. Amazon threatens to kick us off the platform due to feedback. We cannot contact Amazon since it was not one of the AI reasons to contact them about feedback. Where to go from here?

We'd recommend you start by filing a case with Selling Partner Support requesting an investigation on the ASIN to see when your listing went active again if it was not supposed to be for sale (when it was added back to your inventory and how).
Feel free to post the CASE ID in this discussion once you have contacted support so we can follow the case along to the conclusion.
Then we can proceed with seeing if the negative feedback could be removed. Hope you have a great rest of the week.
