UAE Market Place Registiration Error
Dear Amazon,
REQUIRING YOUR HELP.
Last friday i opened my seller account, today i got a confirmation email from you guys and entered the amazon seller account. When i entered it there are only Amazon USA Mexico and Canada stores. However i applied and paid for UAE market. When i tried to select account's country as UAE it says incomplete and when i tried to proceed with it, it says my debit card is not verified which i already have been using in amazon. After i tried different cards the verifying issue still proceed and i canceled my incomplete apply for trying from the beginning. Now I cannot see UAE selection for my store to do the process again. Please need your help

I accidentally cancelled it now i cannot start again the registration because UAE selection is not showing up and i dont if have a case number or something like that please help me. I don't want to being presence in US Canada or anywhere else. Just wanted to start again to my registration for UAE
