ACCOUNT HEALTH RATING AND VIOLATION

Hey, I'm dealing with a major headache. My account keeps getting hit with trademark violations, even though I've sent authorization letters from the brand. My account health is down to 16, and Amazon says I'll be deactivated in 72 hours! Seller support is useless – they won't tell me why this keeps happening. I'm following all the rules and giving good customer service, but this is happening. What should I do?

Thanks for your question. I´m Oliver and I will be looking into your issue today.

I understand that you received several warnings for trademark violations which lowered your AHR score under 100. You explain that you have already sent authorization letters from the brand.

Did you check the performance notification with the complaint? In there is the Trademark number. Please make sure that refers to the correct trademark. In that message you will also find the contact e-mail from the person who filed the complaint. I recommend to contact them and see what the issue is. If it was a misunderstanding, then they can retract the complaint and you will get the points back.
