I'm really at my wit's end and hoping someone here can offer some advice or help me figure out what to do. I've been dealing with a truly frustrating situation involving the SAFE - T team.
Initial Response and Rejection
First off, the SAFE - T team told me they couldn't disclose the specific reason for a certain situation. I thought that was odd, but I decided to appeal right away. I sent my appeal within a day. But guess what? They just left my message on "read" and then straight up rejected my claim without a single word of explanation. It's so unfair! I don't even know what went wrong or how I can fix it.
Order Refund Problem
There was this order where the customer said the package didn't arrive and only applied for a refund. Next thing I know, the refund was successful, and I wasn't even notified! But here's the thing - the customer actually received the package ages ago and signed for it in person. I have all the proof, like delivery records and the signature. It's clear the customer was lying, but the SAFE - T team didn't seem to care.
SAFE - T Team's Lack of Responsiveness
I provided all the evidence to the SAFE - T team, thinking that would surely help my case. But then they said they couldn't tell me why they rejected my claim. And every time I tried to respond or give more details, they just rejected it immediately, no questions asked. I even reached out to seller support, and they told me the SAFE - T team is independent and there's no way to complain about them. This is just crazy!
I feel so wronged and don't know where to turn. Can anyone here help me solve this problem? Have you had similar experiences with the SAFE - T team? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
