Subject: The seller account data glitch
unable to see seller account data on several seller pages:
The Order page not showing recent orders. refreshed the page several times, and even restarted the computer. if choose 3-day orders, only see the last month's orders. no latest orders are showing.
The payment dashboard is missing "Product charges," and "Refunded expense." only see others.
The "Transaction View" page shows all sales amounts in the "OTHERS" category and zero (0) for all other categories.
Have no idea what Amazon is doing to my account. Amazon changed my storefront name by itself without my consent. The storefront name I had since 2022 and previously Amazon never had any issue with it. It was available that's why Amazon allowed me to have my storefront name but now it has changed to "Placeholder123456."
