Amazon please consider keeping the $12 threshold on low-price FBA items.

This change will not only negatively affect thousands of sellers, it will affect many customers of current Small and Light items. We have lowered pricing to move many items into this program since the limit was raised from $10 to $12 allowing customers to buy these items for several dollars cheaper than they would have thus increasing conversion for many, many items. This is beneficial to all parties, Amazon, the sellers, and the customer. Conversion rate and very importantly buyer satisfaction, have all gone up due to the last increase to $12 for Small and Light. This is good for Amazon.

If this goes through with the new cap of $10, you will see many items drop in conversion rate due to the price increase of items due to the inability for sellers to stay that low in price. This is not good for any party involved. Please reconsider this change as there are many factors that make this a bad idea for every party involved. Inflation is hitting hard for everyone whether it's personally felt by everyone or not, but many consumers cannot justify $2 increases that sellers would need to make to stay profitable and conversely, many sellers cannot drop prices even further. Items that are doing well at $11.99 would need to be $14.99 minimum to stay profitable.

Many customers will be negatively affected by this change and this hurts everyone, most importantly Amazon, as that is the name they will associate with most purchases.

It would be wise to at least consider these thoughts.

Like did they just forget it was just raised to $12?

Very difficult designing Small and Light products for the $12 price point and now that's taken away.

couldn’t agree more, the change will have a huge impact. Please consider to keep it at $12.

At that point raise it to $20. How does price affect the cost of shipping? If you can ship it small and light, charge us the same fee at every price point.

Instead of lowering it to $10, they should have raised it to $14.99.

This is 100% going to cause most sellers to raise prices.

Agree 1000%. We updated our product offering $12.99 and it's a huge expense to go back. We'll definitely have to raise our prices.

This changes will affect my sales as well. With the current inflation $10 price is hard to meet. All sellers affected need to contact amazon to consider this.

I fear that the Department who came-up with this new, brilliant idea is FAR, FAR REMOVED from any Department involved with capturing Sales for Amazon.

Amazon seems to employ the same number of people who are dedicated to acquiring Sales for Amazon as those whose ENTIRE JOB is to PREVENT Sales on Amazon.

It is a schizophrenic tug-of-war, and we are the rope caught in the middle.

And ALL of these problems can usually be laid at the feet of some poorly written software.

I guess Amazon will not stop or be satisfied until there is only ONE "Employee" of Amazon, and all other "Positions" are managed by software.

Based on how Amazon has increased the sensitivity of the "Fair Pricing Tool" AND the "Suspected Intellectual Property Violation" tool AND the "Children's Safety Test Document Required" tool, all of which served to deactivate perfectly working and legally authorized ASIN's, I SERIOUSLY DOUBT that ANYONE at Amazon will care AT ALL about how "Bad" of an idea this is.

The Amazon Sellers are a FAR LOWER priority than the Amazon Programmers.

IT seems that EVERY WEEK there is some NEW Change to Amazon that makes it WORSE for the 3rd Party Seller.

Perhaps Amazon does not want 3rd Party Sellers anymore. It is hard to argue with this sentiment, given how HOSTILE Amazon has become for 3rd Party Sellers.
